What this quote is trying to say that once you work hard you will achieve it. For example, to receive A’s  for all your classes you have to do all the assignments , classwork, and more. However, putting time and dedication to work pays off because you always have to work to get what you want. Also, believing in yourself that you will achieve it makes you have more motivation of reaching it. Another example, when you keep study for the big quiz you will receive an A+. Anyways put time and hard work because it will pay off in the end . Never give up on something that you haven't even work hard for because you don’t know how to feel accomplished.
